3 tomatoes diced
1 green or red pepper diced
1 onion diced
1 jalapeno diced
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
some cilantro
some garlic powder Directions
Put the ingredients in a big bowl and mash them together.
Serves up to twelve people. Serve with tortilla chips.
